ABOUT ABBY...ABBY BOLDT MESSNER is a wife, mother, lover of doing life with her family and friends, and life-long student of becoming who she was meant to be. Born in Memphis, TN and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Abby always felt like she was destined for greatness. Married for 22 years--wow, that's great! Raising two incredible young ladies--super great! MacGyver-ing anything from dinner to fascinators (yes, fascinators...turns out I'm good at it)--so stinking great! Her greatness du jour? Making lemonade every time life serves up a big ol' bag of lemons.
Oh yeah, and finding greatness in the ordinary. Abby has not collected any prestigious writing awards and did not attend a swanky university. However, her accomplishments, failures, and everything in between have paved the way for her passion to write. Her unique perspective allows her to write with heart wide open, resulting in real, raw and empowering writing, frequently leading her to the silver linings of life. Abby has several middle grade, non-fiction manuscripts that are currently collecting dust but one day, with some luck, might just become something big. |
